Nora Clark

Savannah Film Alliance 2019 Honoree Nora Clark started working professionally in film & television after graduating with with a BA in Writing and Producing for Film & Television from Columbia College Chicago in 2010.

After college, Clark moved to Savannah, GA for a change of scenery and to pursue [dance] teaching opportunities but quickly put her degree to work and started her industry journey as a Production Assistant for commercials.

Several mentors encouraged her to move to the original “Hollywood South” in New Orleans and by 2014 Clark was there and making the switch to long form. She worked consistently and landed jobs in the Production Office on feature films D Train and American Ultra. During this time, Clark also worked in other production cities like Jackson, MS and Atlanta, GA.

Eventually, the opportunity to move up to Production Coordinator came on the feature film, Galveston, and that brought Clark back to Savannah, GA where she would plant roots.

Clark served as the VP of Production Operations & Facilities at Alienworx Productions from 2019 - 2021, leaving to return to freelance work. She is now a Production Supervisor. Recent credits include feature films, May December and Somewhere In Dreamland, and the ROKU television series, Panhandle and Florida Girls.

Nora lives in Savannah with her husband, Kaylon Damazio, and daughter Lainey. She is currently producing and directing Beyond A Shuffle, a documentary within the mission of her 501(c)3.
